GlassMatix is suitable for Bodyshops, Repairers, Insurance Companies, Independent Engineers and Assessors, Fleets and Accident Management Companies.

GlassMatix contains a process driven interface, automated workflow, graphical parts and labour repair method entry system and insurer specific system configurations and menu pricing.

The GlassMatix database contains models from 31 vehicle manufacturers and includes, cars, LCVs, 4x4s, HCVs, motorcycles and even agricultural vehicles. Labour times are from Thatcham’s TTS Database and an integrated link is provided to Thatcham’s ‘eScribe’ repair methods manual.

GlassMatix includes secure Web Communications and an integrating imaging system for submitting insurance approved repairer work electronically.

A comprehensive suite of professional business documents is available with separate reports sets for insurers and repairers.
