EurotaxGlass's has won the prestigious Motor Trader Innovation Award for its GlassWorks vehicle repair estimating system.  

GlassWorks links a number of products for handling every stage of the claims process, replacing labour-intensive administration and inconsistent communication links between the various parties involved in the repair of a vehicle. Products linked by GlassWorks include the BodyMaster bodyshop management system, the Glassmatix repair estimating system and eSalvage, an e-commerce environment enabling sellers and buyers of salvage to trade over the Internet. It can be used by all parties involved in the collision repair and insurance claim settlement process.  

Repairers and insurance companies often use different software systems to track the progress of each claim - a perfect breeding ground for disputes about the costs and timeframe associated with each repair. GlassWorks limits the potential for conflict by extracting and pooling information from different software systems. The result is that all parties have real-time access to a central, transparent solution that can cut management costs and improve workflow control and efficiency.
