This screen is the starting
point for all estimates. It enables the details
of all interested parties to be recorded on a single
screen together with links to the imaging software,
a notes facility, the Internet and job details.
Parts Manager
In addition to the main Parts Manager screen, where
parts are allocated to a repair order, the user
can search for and control parts on the system.
Communications Manager
This module enables the user to see 'at-a-glance'
if electronic estimates have been sent with or without
attached images and if an electronic order has been
placed for replacement parts.
Accounts Manager
In addition to all the normal functions expected
of an Accounts Manager module BodyMaster also provides
a link to the Sage accounts software.
Operations Manager
This module provides managers with a dedicated area
for customers, suppliers and vehicle details together
with sections on absenteeism, call management, courtesy
vehicles, personnel and system security, bringing
together everything you need to ensure your business
runs smoothly, efficiently and effectively.
Reports Manager
In order for any
business to function efficiently and profitably
it must have access to management information. In
addition to holding the templates for vital reports,
Reports Manager enables a quick analysis of the
retail price of parts and labour hours sold to work
providers and individuals.
