Glass Audit is a rules based estimate audit tool for computerised
assessing of Glassmatix estimates. Glass
Audit assesses inbound Glassmatix estimates from repairers
to insurers on arrival.
Each
estimate is audited separately and categorised as a pass,
failure or possible total loss. Audit passes can be optionally
committed and authorised ready for immediate return to
the repairer.Failure results
of the audit are inserted automatically inside each Glassmatix
estimate for review and correction. A comprehensive database
of rules are available for selection by customers. New
rules can be added by arrangement. Rule settings can be
maintained directly into the PC. Estimates are consistently
and accurately made to insurers' business rules.
