GlassCode

GlassCode is a four digit alphanumeric code that provides a unique identifier for each vehicle model listed in Glass's Car Guide. From November 2001 Glass's Guide to Car Values 1995 - 2003 has had GlassCode printed next to each vehicle model. Once noted this number can then be used as a simple identification tool to find that vehicle in other Glass's products and datasets. The 4-digit code is noted from the guide when the vehicle is initially appraised.



This number can then be used to ensure the correct vehicle is identified when working in a system which contains either Glass's Model Code or any of Glass's software products which identify GlassCode. This process eliminates the risk of any identification or data entry errors as the full description is automatically generated on entering the code, including any standard fit options.
