Display Your Vehicles
Across a Range of Consumer Internet Sites and on
Your Own Web Site
Trader Desk allows users to distribute vehicle stock
information across the Internet to the top Internet
consumer focused web sites, and your own site, at
the touch of a button. Details of your stock are
immediately displayed on-line for potential customers
to view. Trader Desks own web site 'Virtual
Showroom' is FREE for all Trader Desk subscribers,
and Trader Desk also links dealers to a range of
other popular web sites, some of which provide free
display of stock for Trader Desk users. Visit the
Easy-to-use page
for more details.
Digital Images
Potential customers are far more likely to pursue
their interest in a vehicle when an actual picture
is displayed, rather than a library image or no
image. Trader Desk provides a simple platform on
which to attach up to 5 digital images to display
with your vehicles full description.
Print Professional Sales Support Material
Once data is entered into the Trader Desk system
additional functions enable you to display your
stock across media other than the Internet. Through
linking to a colour printer you can print professional
sales material that can be displayed in the showroom
or posted to potential customers. You can also produce
newspaper lists to make the task of preparing newspaper
adverts quicker and more effective.
Links to Touch
Screen Terminals
To enhance your showroom you can link the data to
a touch screen terminal that can be located in your
showroom or at other remote locations. This provides
an opportunity for potential customers to view your
complete stock or search for specific models.
Links to Your
DMS
The system links to many of the most popular DMS.
The user simply selects the DMS import option and
details of their vehicle stock held in the DMS are
automatically updated in Trader Desk, adding new
vehicles brought into stock and deleting vehicles
as soon as they are marked sold.
Group Stock Locator
This feature enables salespeople to sell the stock
held across a group of dealerships. The salesperson
can browse the stock held by the group to find a
vehicle in stock that meets the customers specific
vehicle request either by price, make, model, vehicle
type or specification. A silent salesman sheet can
be printed for the customer and an appointment can
then be made for the customer to view the vehicle.
